Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.
• Pre-opening or conversion hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Manage profitability and departmental budgets to drive financial results.
• Oversee daily property operations across Front Office, Rooms, F&B, Recreation, and Engineering.
• Lead property operations teams and align with brand service vision.
• Oversee HR activities including hiring, performance reviews, and staff engagement.
