Job summary

PT Relax Living is hiring Front Office/Receptionist at our Jakarta and Gading Serpong branches. Open to entry-level candidates with 0–3 years in salon, spa, clinic, fitness center or hotel. The role focuses on guest engagement, product explanations, and creating the ultimate wellness experience.

Candidates aged 18–23 are welcome and a hospitality mindset is valued. We seek polite, punctual individuals with a positive attitude who can upsell services, support housekeeping, and assist with daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years experience preferred; entry level welcome.
• Hospitality degree is an advantage.
• English speaking would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Explain our products and services to guests.
• Upsell products and services to enhance guest experience.
• Create a pleasant and comfortable guest experience for customers.
• Check cleanliness, stock replenishment, and tidy facilities and equipment.
• Lead housekeeping and therapists in absence of a Supervisor.
• Manage cash, finances, procurement, stock and bookkeeping in the branch.

We have several openings for Front Office/ Receptionist positions. From entry level with zero to 3 years working experiences in salon, spa, clinic, fitness center and hotel. Requirements:

High school diploma, SMK, Diploma 1-3. Having a degree in hospitality would be an advantage.

No experience is necessary. 0-3 years working experience is recommended.

Polite, soft spoken, smile and pleasant attitude all the time.

Eager to learn.

Those who have managing capabilities may have the opportunity to a more advanced position such as supervisor and manager.

English speaking would be an advantage
