Bambu Indah Resort Ubud in Bali invites experienced professionals to apply for the Front Office Manager position. You will lead the front desk, oversee reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and ensure memorable guest experiences while coordinating with all departments.

1. Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in office administration, including operational oversight and organizational abilities
• Expertise in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
• Proficiency in front office operations, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
• Ability to lead a team, resolve complaints, and maintain a welcoming guest environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or front office management is preferred
• Familiarity with Balinese culture and sustainability practices is an advantage
• Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
