Job summary

Fluent in English and Indonesian; hospitality software proficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office operations including reception, reservations, and guest services.
Lead, train, mentor and supervise front office staff.
Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
Monitor and optimise room occupancy rates and revenue management strategies.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B for seamless operations.
Prepare and manage front office budgets and report KPIs.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in front office areas.
