Job summary

PT Upartners Sukses Bersama in Jakarta seeks an experienced F&B/Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily FOH operations and ensure smooth outlet activities. You will lead service standards, hospitality, cleanliness, and product quality while coaching the outlet team.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in F&B/Restaurant operations management.
Proven ability to lead and develop outlet teams.
Strong communication and service mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily FOH operations and ensure smooth outlet activities.
Ensure service, product, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are met.
Manage team scheduling, shift arrangements, discipline, and daily performance.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
Provide direction, briefing, and coaching to outlet team.
Coordinate with head section and Management regarding outlet operations.
Prepare and follow up on operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and service standards.
Participate in company meetings, training, and other activities.
