Job summary

Corindo Amagi Putra Group seeks a Servis Leader to supervise daily front-of-house operations across CAP Group outlets in Surabaya. You will coordinate service staff, ensure guest care standards, manage reservations and table setups, and respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.

You will coach and train staff, collaborate with kitchen and management, and help implement service procedures and promotions while handling basic reporting and scheduling tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills with a welcoming guest experience
• Experience supervising or leading service staff in food & beverage settings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team, management and guests
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle busy service periods and staff coordination
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards, hygiene and safety practices
• On-site full-time work in Surabaya, including weekends and shift-based schedules
• Comfort with basic reporting, documentation, and use of POS or reservation systems
• Experience in fine-dining or premium casual dining is an advantage; familiarity with international or Thai cuisine is a plus
• High school diploma required; hospitality-related education/training beneficial
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and teamwork for continuous improvement
