Job summary

Ayana Komodo, part of Ayana Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead all daily Front Desk operations at the property in Indonesia. You will supervise, coach, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Accounting to ensure seamless guest experiences and accurate billing while upholding hotel standards.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality background with Front Office supervisory experience, excellent English communication, and familiarity with hotel systems such as OPERA

Qualifications

• Educational background in Hospitality or related field (degree preferred).
• Experience in a Front Office role with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
• Strong English communication skills; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations including check-in/out and guest service quality.
• Provide coaching and real-time feedback, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Accounting for smooth operations.
• Monitor resources, maintain documentation, and represent Front Desk in meetings.
