Job summary

CEO SUITE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional client support and handle front-desk operations in Jakarta.

You will manage calls and emails, assist clients with daily requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, with at least two years in customer service or administration.
