GENIUS PARTNERS INDONESIA is seeking a Customer Service professional to join our front-office team in Jakarta. You will handle client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, manage appointments, coordinate with medical staff, and maintain accurate client records to support smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of online customer service experience, strong Indonesian communication, basic English, and comfort with CRM software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of online customer service experience, preferably in clinic or healthcare settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English a plus.
• Familiar with chat platforms, call systems, and CRM software.
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a digital environment.
• Professional, friendly, and patient when dealing with customers.
• Domiciled in Jakarta or willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
• Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, products, and promotions.
• Assist clients with online reservations, scheduling, and follow-up communication.
• Record and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team and in-clinic staff to confirm appointments and ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle client concerns or complaints politely, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain service quality and uphold clinic standards in every interaction.
• Support administrative reporting and data entry related to online inquiries and bookings.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
