Aufgaben

• Provide excellent service by introducing bank services/products to customers' queries.
• Perform other operational duties and support function.
• Offer product promos and existing products directly to customers.
• Conduct HSBC's cross-sell product to existing customers.
• Direct and inform the product digitally and provide system access guidance.
• Implement administrative follow-up on products approved by customers.
• Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
• Manage operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers per rules.
