The successful candidate will handle customer queries, manage follow-up on approvals, and maintain risk controls while maintaining professional communication in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen only.
• Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience as Admin Staff is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English and computer literacy.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent service by introducing bank products to customer queries.
• Perform other operational duties and support functions.
• Offer product promos and existing products directly to customers.
• Cross-sell HSBC products to existing customers.
• Direct and inform customers about products digitally; provide system access guidance.
• Follow up on product approvals and administrative processes.
• Record and follow up on customer complaints.
• Manage operational risk in line with rules and procedures.
