Job summary

Alliance 21 Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in freight forwarding and logistics sales.

You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote air and sea freight, warehousing, and related logistics solutions. The role involves preparing quotations and presentations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with operations to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
• Sound knowledge of air freight, sea freight, import/export processes, and logistics operations.
• Interested in building a career in sales and business development.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their shipping and logistics requirements.
• Promote air freight, sea freight, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations for prospective clients.
• Conduct sales visits, networking activities, and market research to generate leads.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with customers.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the system.
