Arbeit Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our footprint in Malaysia within Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Shipping, and Logistics. You will hunter for new business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across Sea Freight, NVOCC, and related services.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Shipping, Logistics, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Import/Export, and International Logistics.
• Existing customer network within the freight forwarding or Shipping industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Sea Freight, NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics services.
• Conduct cold calls, customer visits, networking, referrals, and market research activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close business deals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Documentation, and Finance teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and business reports.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term account growth.
