Job summary

Garena in Bangkok seeks an experienced Bangkok Game Operations Team Lead to own the Thailand live operations roadmap, calendar, events, and player programs.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Community, QA/Tech, and external partners to translate regional priorities into local execution plans, monitor performance, and lead end-to-end events.

This role also focuses on building scalable playbooks and mentoring the team to raise operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience managing live events, launches, and incident escalation.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and community health.
• Proficient in cross-functional stakeholder management and project planning.
• Experience with dashboards and operational data to drive actions.
• Fluent in English and Thai; able to translate priorities into local plans.

Responsibilities

• Own Thailand live operations roadmap and calendar, including events and programs.
• Translate regional priorities into clear local execution plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Collaborate with Product, Regional, Marketing, Community, QA/Tech, BI, and partners.
• Monitor player behavior and issues to identify opportunities and elevate risks.
• Lead end-to-end event and content operations from setup to post-launch reviews.
• Develop scalable playbooks, reporting routines, and process improvements.
• Support, mentor, and align team members for effective execution.
