Shopee in Bangkok is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage field sales teams and on-site activations across local events. You will drive revenue, oversee training, and coordinate with venue owners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns.

The role requires 3–5+ years of leadership in sales or events, strong data analysis, and fluency in Thai (Burmese a plus). International travel to regional areas is expected, with a 6-day work week flexibility.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of experience leading sales teams, field operations, event activations, or area sales management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead, mentor, manage, and resolve conflict within large teams.
• Excellent crisis-management and decision-making skills; able to liaise with venue owners, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in Thai; Burmese proficiency is a strong plus.
