Job summary
Lalamove is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader for its Offline Presence in Thailand. You will oversee driver onboarding, engagement initiatives, and brand visibility while leading a team through an Assistant Manager to ensure efficient operations and strong partner relations.
You will work closely with regional teams, drive improvements, and steer cross-functional projects to support Lalamove’s mission of reliable delivery services across the Thai market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operational/leadership experience in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment
- Team management experience with 3 direct reports
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of mobile and web technologies
- Strong business acumen and English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the Offline Presence function and guide the team through the Assistant Manager
- Drive driver engagement programs to build trust and loyalty
- Oversee driver onboarding, onboarding efficiency and operations KPIs
- Coordinate with regional/headquarters teams to align on strategy and execution
- Manage sticker inventory, installation activities and driver outreach programs
- Monitor team performance and continuously improve operational efficiency and impact
- Identify process improvements and enhancements for offline presence and driver benefits
