Job summary

Garena Indonesia is seeking a proactive Live Operations & Publishing Lead to manage launching multiple mini-games and build end-to-end publishing flows in Jakarta. You will coordinate with developers, marketing, moderators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth releases and robust live-ops campaigns.

You will design live-operations plans, monitor performance, and drive player engagement through events, updates, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in UGC game communities is mandatory.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage several games, deadlines, and campaigns at the same time.
Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable building new processes from scratch.
User-driven mindset with the ability to turn player feedback and performance insights into action.

Responsibilities

Publish and launch multiple mini-games simultaneously.
Build launch schedules and release checklists.
Coordinate with developers, marketing, moderators, and stakeholders for timely releases.
Establish live-operations plans including events, content updates, campaigns, and engagement activities.
Plan promotional campaigns across in-game placements, social media, and community channels.
Grow game communities with moderators and gather player feedback.
Monitor game performance, player behavior, and community sentiment to identify improvements.
Handle launch issues and urgent escalations.
Document best practices and improve publishing and live-operations workflows.
