Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim invites applications for the role of Production Supervisor/Assistant Manager in our Food Manufacturing unit based in Surabaya. You will supervise the availability of raw materials, machines, equipment, and work area to ensure smooth operations.

You will maintain the quality of raw materials and finished goods per specifications and manage production needs, including labor and facilities. Strong leadership and Excel/ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year diploma (D3) or equivalent; prefer Bachelor/S1 in Engineering or Food Technology.
• Experience as Production Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Food Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FSSC, ISO, Halal, Kosher, and GMP processes.
• AK3U Health and Safety Officer certification preferred.
• Basic English required.
• Strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• High integrity, honesty, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented.
• Willing to work in shifts and be placed in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the availability of raw materials, machines, equipment, and work area.
• Maintain the quality of raw materials and finished goods in the production process according to specifications.
• Manage and plan production needs, machines, labor, work equipment, tools, and facilities for smooth production.
• Monitor reports and analysis of production results.
