Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and conduct inspections to identify issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
