Job summary

Mapan Group seeks an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to manage sanitation operations at our Surabaya facility, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in food processing. You will lead a team of sanitation technicians, oversee cleaning protocols, and uphold strict regulatory standards for product safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sanitation within the food and beverage sector, with leadership and problem-solving skills to develop and monitor

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sanitation Supervisor in a food processing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the sanitation team’s daily activities.
• Develop and monitor master sanitation schedules and cleaning procedures.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques, chemical handling, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of sanitation activities and inspections.
• Collaborate with production and QA to ensure safety and efficiency.
