• Drive cost-saving efforts by optimizing processes, maximizing resource utilization, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Track operational performance and identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to production processes or machinery.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, ISO standards, and other applicable quality management systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Quality Control, and Logistics, to maintain smooth and efficient operational workflows.
• Review and analyze production performance data and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
• Foster a strong culture of workplace safety, environmental sustainability, and continuous operational improvement.
• Serve as a communication bridge between plant operations and executive management as required.
