Job summary

PT Dairygold Indonesia in West Java (Cikarang) is seeking a PPIC professional to develop weekly and monthly production schedules driven by demand forecasts and capacity. You will calculate material needs, prepare purchase orders, and monitor material availability to keep production on track.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years in production planning or PPIC, and experience with ERP systems plus advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets).

Qualifications

• Prepare weekly and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts, customer requirements, production capacity, and material availability (≤140 chars).
• Calculate requirements for raw materials, packaging materials, and general items to support production plans (≤140 chars).
• Create Purchase Orders for raw materials, packaging materials, and general items according to operational requirements (≤140 chars).
• Monitor availability of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure production runs according to schedule (≤140 chars).
• Prepare and update the material requirements plan based on production plans and inventory levels (≤140 chars).
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA, Procurement, and Finance teams regarding material requirements and production schedules (≤140 chars).
• Monitor Purchase Order status, delivery schedules, and material receipt from suppliers (≤140 chars).
• Identify potential material shortages, overstock, slow-moving inventory, and risks of production delays (≤140 chars).
• Prepare reports related to production plans, material availability, inventory, purchasing, and production plan achievement (≤140 chars).
• Ensure planning, inventory, and material transaction data are accurately recorded in the ERP system and supporting documents (≤140 chars).
