Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a detail-oriented PPIC Staff to plan, schedule, and monitor production processes and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods in Pemalang.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of PPIC experience, with strong ERP (SAP) and MS Excel skills. Team collaboration and high attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced agribusiness environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of PPIC experience in manufacturing or feed/food processing.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Coordinate closely with the Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.
• Analyze production efficiency, identify bottlenecks in the supply chain, and propose actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
