Job summary

Japfa is seeking a PPIC professional in Indonesia to manage weekly and monthly production schedules, coordinating with procurement and sales and monitoring inventories to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.

You will conduct regular audits, analyze production data, and prepare reports on efficiency, turnover, and capacity utilization, driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced agribusiness setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and adjust weekly and monthly production schedules for optimal machine and labor utilization.
• Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Procurement for raw materials arrivals and with Sales for demand forecasts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock with ERP/SAP data.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements to workflow efficiency.
