Job summary

Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk in Nganjuk is seeking a highly organized PPIC Staff to manage production planning and inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will formulate schedules based on sales forecasts, monitor raw materials and finished goods, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires proficiency in SAP and Excel, strong analytical and communication skills in Indonesian and English, and a collaborative mindset to work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years PPIC, production scheduling, or inventory control experience.
• Strong SAP ERP and Excel data analysis skills.
• Fluent Indonesian and English with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Coordinate closely with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Track production progress and analyze variances between planned schedules and actual output.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, production efficiency, and material usage for management review.
• Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to optimize storage space and streamline distribution processes.
