Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a detail-oriented PPIC staff member to join our team in Pemalang. You will plan, schedule, and monitor production processes and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure efficiency, timely delivery, and minimal waste, in line with our high-quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, 1–2 years PPIC experience, and strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC).
• Strong proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of materials and timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.
• Analyze production efficiency, identify bottlenecks in the supply chain, and propose actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
