Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk in East Java (Krian) is seeking a detail-oriented PPIC Staff to plan production schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure material availability to meet manufacturing needs.

You will work closely with Procurement and Production teams, analyze performance metrics, maintain ERP records, and drive continuous improvements. This role suits a hands-on professional with 1–2 years PPIC experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of PPIC experience; fresh graduates with strong PPIC internship welcome.
• ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules based on sales forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to minimize excess stock and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Collaborate with Production to monitor progress and address deviations from the plan.
• Analyze and report on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and material usage variances.
• Maintain ERP inventory movements and planning data in the system.
• Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
