Job summary

INDOAGRI DAITOCACAO in Indonesia is seeking a Production Planning and PPIC Supervisor to plan and control production schedules, manage raw material and packaging inventories, and coordinate with logistics to ensure material availability.

You will input and verify production data in ACCURATE, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports; the role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in a supervising capacity in the food industry, with strong Excel skills and problem-solving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the food industry, preferably in PPIC.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Understanding of workflow processes, production planning, and inventory control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Target-oriented work approach.

Responsibilities

Develop and control production plans based on company requirements and production targets.
Manage Raw Material & Packaging Material (RMPM) inventory and create purchasing plans and delivery schedules.
Coordinate RMPM orders for production and liaise with the Logistics team to ensure material availability.
Input, verify, and update production data in the ACCURATE system.
Monitor production realization and inventory levels, ensure data accuracy, and prepare regular reports.
