Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a PPIC/Production Planning professional to create and monitor weekly and monthly production schedules, ensuring optimal machine and labor utilization. You will also manage inventories, coordinate with Procurement and Sales, and conduct regular audits against ERP/SAP data.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, 1–2 years of PPIC/inventory experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control, preferably in manufacturing or food/agribusiness.
• Proficient in ERP/SAP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and adjust weekly and monthly production schedules to ensure optimal machine and labor utilization.
• Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Coordinate closely with the Procurement department regarding arrival of raw materials and with the Sales department regarding demand forecasts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system data (ERP/SAP).
• Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose actionable solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
