Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a multi-outlet FnB restaurant portfolio in Jakarta. The role focuses on strategic direction, operational excellence and financial performance across all locations.

You will drive growth, ensure brand standards and build high-performing teams while managing budgets, procurement and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive management experience in F&B, preferably multi-outlet.
• Proven track record in managing P&L, budgets and financial targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to develop teams.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and quality control.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of multiple restaurant outlets for consistency in service and food standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Manage budgets, P&L and financial performance across all outlets.
• Lead, recruit and develop management and operations teams across locations.
• Establish quality control standards for food prep, presentation, and service.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and foster positive company culture.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and stakeholders to optimize procurement and costs.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to drive menu and service improvements.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across outlets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to grow customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Conduct audits to maintain brand consistency and standards.
