Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries and bookings from direct guests and booking channels
• Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Ensure rates, availability, packages, and reservations are up to date
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Housekeeping and other teams
• Monitor upcoming arrivals and guest requirements
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records
• Assist in managing OTA extranets and online booking channels
• Support upselling of rooms, packages, experiences and other services
• Provide a professional and personalized reservation experience

You will be responsible for handling reservations and guest inquiries, coordinating bookings with our properties and operational teams, and ensuring every guest receives a smooth and professional experience from the initial inquiry until arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries and bookings from direct guests, OTA, travel agents, and other booking channels
• Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries via email, telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Ensure room rates, availability, packages, and reservation information are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Housekeeping, and other relevant teams regarding guest arrangements
• Monitor upcoming arrivals, special requests, and booking requirements
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records
• Assist in managing OTA extranets and online booking channels
• Support upselling of rooms, packages, experiences, and other available services
• Ensure a professional and personalized reservation experience for every guest

About you

• Front Office or a relevant position within the hotel or hospitality industry
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiar with hotel reservation systems, OTA, and booking platforms
• Good administrative and computer skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple reservations accurately
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Able to handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
