Job summary

Staffinc is seeking a Training Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training across SPG, MD, Sales, and frontline teams. You will conduct offline training and field coaching, using role plays and simulations to raise competency and performance while aligning with business targets.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, experience in FMCG training, and willingness to travel extensively to project areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in FMCG training or L&D roles.
• Experience delivering training for product knowledge, selling skills, customer handling, and retail execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs based on business needs and targets.
• Train SPG, MD, Sales, and frontline teams on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Conduct offline training and field coaching in assigned areas.
• Use role plays, coaching, simulations, and assessments to enhance performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
• Analyze sales performance and training gaps to identify requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure training aligns with targets.
• Prepare training materials, reports, and tools.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to ensure material application.
