A leading electronics company based in Jakarta is looking for a Training Supervisor to design and implement training programs. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consumer electronics sector. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic situations. This role may involve frequent travel to various branches.

Formación

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in Consumer Electronics.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training or equivalent.
• Willing to travel frequently over branches.

Responsabilidades

• Design quality sales training programs within budget.
• Schedule individual and team training plans regularly.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs monthly.
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and improve them.
• Choose appropriate training methods.
• Design onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Evaluate team and individual performance.
• Report on training program effectiveness.
• Create an open communication climate.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Stay updated with employee development trends.

• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs monthly basis

• Choose the most appropriate training method (In-class, In-Store, On-line, Demonstration & Roleplay)
• Design onboarding session for new hires
• Evaluate team and individual performance
• Report on training program effectiveness
• Create an open communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
• Stay up to date with employee development trends

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Consumer Electronics
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft office
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training or equivalent
• Presentable and articulate; excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal)
• Strong Interpersonal skills
