Valmet is seeking a service manager to lead a team for after-sales service in Indonesia, with Pekanbaru as the primary location. You will work with Sales and Product Lines to propose value-added services and ensure delivery of service targets, while developing the team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 5 years in flow control, and leadership experience, plus travel readiness and a valid license. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years in flow control; some management experience in Oil & Gas.
• Ability to maintain relationships with customers in various situations.
• Passion for applying world-class technology to customers’ benefit.
• Knowledge of customers' processes and/or flow control/valve tech is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Ready to obtain local contract in Indonesia and does not require Work Permit.

Responsabilités

• Work with Sales and Product Lines to propose value-added services and solutions.
• Accountable for Indonesia Service budget, Service Engineers, and Center utilization and policy recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with key end users and maximize Valmet's Service Portfolio.
• Oversees and provides operational framework based on service strategy.
• Propose plans to improve service performance through reviews and recommendations.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a service team to ensure performance against the service standards.
