Job summary

Flowserve in Tangerang, Indonesia seeks a Sales Engineer to grow relationships with customers and trade partners, and to translate market trends into effective sales strategies. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions for pumping and rotating equipment, and to support proposals, deliveries and services.

The role requires experience with rotating equipment, strong communication, and the ability to manage projects and marketing initiatives in a regional market.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field
• 5–7 years relevant experience
• Sales experience with rotating equipment (pumps, seals)
• Familiar with oil & gas, power, paper and chemical industries

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings to meet or exceed targets
• Maintain regular contact with key customers
• Develop and implement regional marketing plans
• Serve as primary contact for business dealings and proposals
• Collaborate with application engineers, service, and manufacturing
• Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct effective presentations
• Maintain organized records and reports
• Discuss ROI and solution selling with customers
