Job summary

PEACH HOSPITALITY GROUP in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Floor Captain to cover the Manager in their absence and communicate management instructions to the team. You will mentor Servers and handle reservations during busy periods, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.

You will also maintain a clean, organized dining area, greet guests professionally, and relay customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager to help improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Replace the Manager in their absence.
• Ensure the team performs to restaurant standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage customer reservations during busy periods.
• Mentor Servers and provide basic training on etiquette and procedures.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and hygienic; inspect dining tables and service areas.
• Record and relay customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
