Job summary

PISON Group in Bali is seeking a Captain Floor to lead daily Front of House operations. You will supervise the service team, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure consistent service standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

The role requires prior experience as Captain Floor or in a supervisory service position, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front of House supervisor or Captain Floor.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant service standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-paced dining rooms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House and floor operations during service.
• Supervise Waiters/Waitresses, Runners, and other service staff.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Monitor table assignments, guest flow, reservations, seating, and table turnover.
• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately and according to company standards.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and Front of House team to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor guest needs and handle inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and escalate issues to the Manager when required.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and communicate daily operational information to the team.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team members are properly assigned during service.
