Job summary

PT Makanan Minuman Pusat in Jakarta Selatan seeks a Floor Leader to supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring service standards and SOP adherence. You will lead the FOH team—Captain, Server, Runner, and Host—coaching staff and driving guest satisfaction.

Coordinate with Kitchen/BOH to maintain smooth service, handle complaints, and continuously improve floor performance in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in restaurant operations, preferably as Floor Leader or Supervisor.
• 2–3 years at each previous company; frequent job changes discouraged.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and SOP implementation.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Able to lead and motivate the team, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth daily operations with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure daily floor operations run smoothly per SOP and service standards.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor FOH team performance (Captain, Server, Runner, Host).
• Ensure restaurant readiness, cleanliness, table setup, and service equipment availability.
• Monitor service quality and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Coordinate with Kitchen/BOH to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
• Conduct team briefings, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor team discipline, grooming, hygiene, and compliance with standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with Restaurant Manager to improve floor performance.
