Job summary

Tavolo Group (Bali) is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. You will lead the service team, brief staff, and allocate tasks to maintain high standards.

You will monitor delivery, guest requests, and coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and Cashier to keep service flowing. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in hospitality.
• Experience as Captain/Senior Waiter/Waitress or Team Leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
• Good leadership and team coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, service sequence, and floor presentation.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Cashier, and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance or corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure SOP, hygiene, safety, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Assist in training and coaching new and existing team members.
• Monitor stock and operational equipment required for service and report shortages or issues.
• Support the Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets.
• Prepare or assist with daily operational reports when required.
• Take charge of the floor in the absence of the Supervisor or Manager.

About you
