Job summary

Le Bajo is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive guest satisfaction in Bali. You will lead a diverse team, ensure service excellence, manage inventory and costs, and enforce SOPs across front and back-of-house divisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in restaurant leadership, strong English communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and service-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, leading the team, and achieving business targets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities

Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

Lead, train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff effectively

Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels

Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and operational expenses

Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally

Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste and operational losses

Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

About you

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership position
