RUPA adalah bistro dan bakery kontemporer di Uluwatu yang membuka kesempatan bagi Floor Captain berpengalaman untuk memimpin layanan front-of-house sepanjang operasional harian. Anda akan mengawasi tim FOH, memastikan standar layanan terpenuhi, dan berkoordinasi dengan dapur serta bar untuk pengalaman tamu yang konsisten.

Posisi ini menuntut kepemimpinan yang kuat, komunikasi yang jelas, penampilan profesional, serta kemampuan bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis.

Qualifications

• Experience as Floor Captain, Supervisor, or Senior Waiter.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and guest-focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate FOH staff during service.
• Ensure service procedures and standards are followed.
• Welcome guests and manage requests or complaints professionally.
• Assign tables and manage staff sections.

Operating as abakery–café from 6am to 5pm, and transitioning into abistro from 5pm until late, RUPA moves seamlessly from handcrafted pastries and relaxed breakfasts to evening plates, cult cocktails, and natural wines.

FLOOR CAPTAIN

We’re looking for an experienced and confidentFloor Captainto lead front-of-house service and ensure consistent service standards throughout daily operations.
