PT. ZHC ALADIN INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Fleet Sales Executive to develop sales planning and strategy for fleet and corporate customers in Jakarta.

You will build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, drive sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to support fleet sales and after-sales processes. You will prepare reports and analyze market opportunities for fleet business development, demonstrating strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills while

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3/S1 or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or at a big dealer.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure, both independently and in a team.
• Willing to be placed anywhere as required by the company.
• Owns a personal vehicle (minimum motorcycle) and holds a valid SIM A.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Has a personal database/network related to the fleet business (preferred).
