Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Fleet Management Specialist to optimise and maintain fleet readiness, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and available with minimal downtime.
You will develop maintenance strategies, schedule inspections, coordinate with workshops, monitor costs, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement across a large 100+ unit fleet. Strong coordination and Excel skills are essential.
Fleet Management role responsible for optimising and maintaining fleet readiness, ensuring all vehicles are in prime condition, roadworthy, and ready for operation while minimising downtime.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement fleet management and maintenance strategies to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for operation
Schedule, manage, and ensure effective execution of vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance to maintain fleet performance and vehicle lifespan
Coordinate handling of vehicles with technical issues or damage, prioritise repairs, and expedite vehicle return to operation
Establish and maintain working relationships with external workshops, authorised dealers, and spare parts suppliers to ensure service quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency
Coordinate with Driver Management team to monitor vehicle utilisation rates, identify causes of idle units, and implement measures to improve fleet utilisation
Monitor and evaluate maintenance costs, repairs, and spare parts usage to ensure spending aligns with budget and remains efficient without compromising vehicle safety standards
Process and analyse daily operational data, prepare regular reports, and evaluate fleet performance and vehicle usage by drivers to inform continuous improvement
Ensure complete, accurate, and current records of all vehicle inspections, maintenance, repairs, spare parts replacements, and supporting documentation
About you
Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Transport Management, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years experience as Fleet Specialist, Fleet Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role
Strong understanding of technical aspects, maintenance, and repair of passenger vehicles
Experience managing large-scale fleets, particularly over 100 units, with ability to improve utilisation and reduce idle units
Understanding of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown management, and vehicle maintenance cost control concepts
Ability to operate Microsoft Excel and/or fleet management systems to process vehicle performance data, maintenance schedules, fleet utilisation, and service costs
Strong analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with vendors, workshops, spare parts suppliers, drivers, and internal teams
Responsive and ready to handle vehicle breakdowns or damage in the field when required
Detail-oriented, disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work in high-mobility operational environments
