Job summary

Inchcape Indonesia is hiring a Fleet Sales Specialist in South Jakarta. You will provide end-to-end administrative support to the Fleet Sales Manager, handling quotes, proposals, tender documents, pricing submissions, and internal approvals.

The role involves managing fleet orders from placement through PDI, allocation, invoicing and delivery scheduling in collaboration with Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales administration, sales coordination or order processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Understanding of vehicle ordering, invoicing and delivery coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end admin support to Fleet Sales Manager, including quotes, proposals, tender documents and pricing submissions.
• Manage fleet orders from placement through PDI, allocation, invoicing and delivery scheduling with internal teams.
• Maintain customer and contract records, track sales pipelines and deliveries, and produce reports/dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, pricing governance and audit standards.
• Serve as main contact for customers on admin and post-sales matters.
