In this role you will analyse market opportunities, plan dealer coverage, and oversee the end-to-end dealer lifecycle, from recruitment to ongoing performance.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise nationwide accessibility and drive CI compliance, dealer standards, and continuous improvement, shaping the dealer network

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture/Civil Engineering (for facility‑related aspects), or a related field.
• Experienced in dealer development, network planning or retail operations within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques to assess coverage potential and dealer performance.
• Strong data driven mindset with the ability to analyse market coverage, dealer KPIs, and operational performance.
• Deep understanding of the automotive retail landscape, dealer economics, and how dealer network quality affects sales performance and customer experience.
