Job summary

Inchcape Indonesia, part of Inchcape’s global network, is seeking a Fleet Sales Specialist to join our South Jakarta team and support the Fleet Sales Manager in delivering excellent service.

You will manage end‑to‑end fleet orders, prepare quotations, coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, maintain contracts and records, and generate sales reports. Strong data analysis and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in a sales administration, sales coordination, or order processing role; automotive or corporate sales preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Our Fleet team is seeking a Fleet Sales Specialist to join our team in South Jakarta.

What you’ll do

• Providing end‑to‑end administrative and operational support to the Fleet Sales Manager, including preparing quotations, proposals, tender documents, pricing submissions, and coordinating internal approvals and customer documentation.
• The role manages fleet orders from placement through PDI, vehicle allocation, invoicing, and delivery scheduling, working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• The role also maintains customer and contract records, tracks sales pipelines and deliveries, prepares sales reports and performance dashboards, and ensures compliance with Inchcape’s internal controls, pricing governance, and audit standards.
• In addition, the role acts as a key point of contact for customers on administrative and post‑sales matters, ensuring timely communication and alignment with Inchcape’s global best practices.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in a sales administration, sales coordination, or order processing role; preferably in the automotive, or corporate sales industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft, Familiar with CRM tools, Understanding of vehicle ordering, invoicing, and delivery coordination processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to analyse data, track sales trends, and provide accurate reports.
