Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager in Jakarta to lead and develop the sales team, drive fleet targets, and grow market share by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating fleet contracts with corporate clients.

You will work closely with marketing and product teams to create targeted mobility solutions, manage the fleet sales budget and KPIs, ensure compliance, and deliver business insights to improve aftersales and cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management, automotive sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations, leasing, and financing options.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Experience with OEM principals and international suppliers on parts planning and logistics.

Fleet Sales Manager

Location: Sequis Tower, South Jakarta

What you’ll do

• Leading and developing the sales team to achieve fleet sales targets and grow market share by identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and negotiating fleet sales contracts.
• Providing tailored mobility solutions to corporate clients, leasing companies, and government agencies, while staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and OEM product developments, including electric and hybrid vehicle technologies.
• Working closely with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns.
• Managing the fleet sales budget and profitability.
• Monitoring sales performance and KPIs.
• Ensuring compliance with OEM and company policies.
• Providing business insights to drive continuous improvement, aftersales performance, and cost control.

About you

• Proven experience in fleet management, automotive sales, or business development, preferably with a premium or luxury brand.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations, leasing, and financing options.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Proven track record in forecasting, warehouse operations, and managing dealer parts networks.
• Experience working with OEM principals and international suppliers on parts planning and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; local and international.
• Proven experience working with multiple brands or global principals.
