Inchcape Indonesia mencari Fleet Sales Manager untuk memimpin tim penjualan fleet di South Jakarta. Anda akan mengelola hubungan klien korporat dan pemerintah, mengarahkan strategi penjualan, serta berkolaborasi dengan pemasaran dan produk untuk kampanye terfokus.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman dalam fleet, leasing, dan pembiayaan, dengan kemampuan analisis serta komunikasi internasional yang kuat. Penawaran akan berfokus pada eksekusi target dan optimalisasi biaya.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman fleet management, penjualan otomotif, atau BD.
• Pemahaman operasi fleet, leasing, dan pembiayaan.
• Kemampuan komunikasi dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan.
• Pengalaman bekerja dengan merek premium/mulus.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim penjualan untuk mencapai target fleet, memperluas pangsa pasar, serta mengelola hubungan pelanggan kunci.
• Menyediakan solusi mobilitas kustom untuk klien korporat, leasing, dan instansi pemerintah; mengikuti tren pasar dan perkembangan produk OEM, termasuk kendaraan listrik/hybrid.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim pemasaran & produk untuk kampanye terarah, kelola anggaran & profitabilitas fleet, pantau KPI, dan berikan wawasan bisnis untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan.

Our Fleet team is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to join our team in South Jakarta.

What you'll do

• Leading and developing the sales team to achieve fleet sales targets and grow market share by identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and negotiating fleet sales contracts.
• The role provides tailored mobility solutions to corporate clients, leasing companies, and government agencies, while staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and OEM product developments, including electric and hybrid vehicle technologies.
• The Fleet Sales Manager also works closely with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns, manages the fleet sales budget and profitability, monitors sales performance and KPIs, ensures compliance with OEM and company policies, and provides business insights to drive continuous improvement, aftersales performance, and cost control.

About you

• Proven experience in fleet management, automotive sales, or business development, preferably with a premium or luxury brand.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations, leasing, and financing options.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
• Proven track record in forecasting, warehouse operations, and managing dealer parts networks.
• Experience working with OEM principals and international suppliers on parts planning and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; local and international.
• Proven experience working with multiple brands or global principals.
