Job summary

Desa Potato Head Bali, part of Potato Head Group, is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage Service team. This guest-facing role focuses on warm, attentive service and guiding guests through the menu to create memorable experiences.

Reporting to the F&B Supervisor, you will collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure correct timing, presentation and a refined dining experience for guests from Bali and around the world.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Knowledge of sequence of service, table settings and etiquette.
• Knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods and beverage pairing.
• Good spoken English and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, personalised service from arrival through departure.
• Present the menu, explain ingredients and prep methods, offer recommendations.
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams for timing, presentation and detail.
• Anticipate guest preferences to create a refined, memorable dining experience.
