Job summary

Potato Head in Bali is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage Service team. You will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth, personal dining experience.

You will deliver warm, attentive service, communicate clearly in English, and contribute to creating memorable moments for guests from Bali and around the world. Previous fine dining exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining, specialty restaurant or upscale hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sequence of service, table settings, course timing and dining etiquette.
• Good knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods and basic food & beverage pairing.
• Good spoken English with polished communication and a genuine interest in personalised guest experiences.

About the Job

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage Service team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, this is a guest-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating thoughtful, memorable dining experiences.

A major part of the role is bringing the Potato Head experience to life through warm, attentive and knowledgeable service. The Waiter/Waitress will guide guests through the menu, anticipate their needs, and work closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure every experience feels smooth, personal and welcoming.
